So I’m supposed to believe that of all the calls I received and made after booking the facial, only their calls “couldn’t get through”? Then she made the mistake of telling me that they had tried to call me “several times and couldn’t get through.” I asked her to read back the # they had for me and had used “several times,” and yes, they had the right #. (You can’t make this stuff up!) I was only a little upset at that point. When I showed up, I was told that the facial person wasn’t scheduled to work that day and they weren’t sure why I got scheduled since they put a sticky note on the screen. “Oh yes, we can take you at 9:30,” I was told. (Should have been a clue, right?) Called back Monday afternoon to schedule a facial for Tuesday. ![]() I called on Monday morning to schedule a facial. ![]() Maybe my review will help them improve their operations & ensure my experience isn’t repeated. Maybe it isn’t fair to give the spa a bad review since I didn’t even have a spa treatment.
